How quickly can you collect something in London?
We aim to have a vehicle at your door within the hour for jobs inside London. If you call early in the morning or late at night, that window can stretch a little, so we will tell you honestly what we can do.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes. The dispatch desk runs seven days a week, including evenings. Weekend rates may differ from weekday rates, and we will confirm the price before we book anything.
What size items will you carry?
We move anything from a single envelope up to palletised goods that fit in a van. If you are not sure whether your item fits, tell us the dimensions and weight when you call and we will send the right vehicle.
Can you deliver to Heathrow, Gatwick or the City?
Yes, we run to all the London airports and across the City, Canary Wharf and the West End. Airport drops can need extra time for security, so book those as early as you can.
How do you price a same-day job?
Pricing depends on the distance, the vehicle size and how fast you need it there. You get one fixed price for the job quoted before dispatch, with no surprise charges added afterwards.
What if the collection point is closed when we arrive?
We call you and the contact number on the job if we cannot get in. If nobody answers, the driver will wait a short while, then we agree with you whether to wait longer or return the item.
